Ladiston is a fictional town, founded and governed by women. It lies on the southeastern shore of Lake Ladiston, across the lake from a small modern city. Many of the stories about Ladiston surround the celebration of their Founders Day Weekend, where male nudity is rampant, and women have complete control over the festivities.

Men visiting the Ladiston Medical Center, can expect to have their exam and most treatment performed while they are naked.

Routine appointments require full male nudity, compliance is mandatory.
Most male patients are in for a surprise on their first visit, but most will gradually accept the 'Ladiston way' unless they want to make the long drive into the next town.
